The misalignment doesn't just end at work..it bleeds into your life. Maybe you’ve noticed:
Your sense of self is eroding because you've spent years performing a version of you that’s "nice" rather than authentic and it's no longer paying off
You're overwhelmed from juggling the competing demands and expectations of others and the many hats you wear
You feel guilty taking time for yourself and when you do you’re too depleted to enjoy your evenings, weekends, or vacations and use them to escape or recover instead
Your wellbeing cup depletes faster than you can fill it up
You’re shrinking your desires because they feel inconvenient or unrealistic
Your relationships feel one-sided because you're doing most of the heavy lifting
You struggle with boundaries and saying no
You’re living on autopilot and calling it “stability”
You feel more and more disconnected from your spark, intuition and creativity
When you take a look at your life, you realize it’s not just the demands and disappointments of your career that weigh heavily on you.
You're drained by:
The years spent shrinking, smoothing, and editing yourself to succeed.
Being the "nice one". the “good one,” and/or the “reliable one,” even when it costs you.
Performing a version of you that feels safe but isn't real, making you palatable...but forgettable.
The effort it takes to try to lead while you're disconnected from your own truth.
