Elizabeth Dunbar is devoted to helping seekers unravel the mystery of who they are, find deeper meaning in their lives, and align with the most authentic version of themselves.

As a Leadership & Life Alignment Coach, Elizabeth helps recovering good girls succeed authentically in their lives and careers without being nice or people pleasing. Her approach combines coaching, teaching, emotional alchemy, somatic practice, and meditation to help women to align mind, body, emotions, spirit, and identity to become the most magnetic version of themselves. She supports women in creating lives that are rich, authentic, and deeply satisfying and in expressing themselves fully in the way they live, love and lead.

Prior to coaching, Elizabeth was a consultant at Deloitte and IBM in Workforce Transformation and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In these roles she was a change agent partnering with clients to transform their organizations into more effective, inclusive and equitable working environments.

Elizabeth has an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communications from the University of Denver. She is has trained in several transformation methodologies and lineages.

When she's not working with clients you'll find her exploring a new city, immersed in a personal development audiobook or podcast, attending transformational workshops or retreats, unwinding at the spa, or fully in her joy (sometimes at a Beyoncé concert)
