Guests are required to secure travel insurance as early as possible for the Retreat as payments for the Retreat are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. All guests are strongly encouraged to ensure that their travel insurance contains a minimum of trip cancellation insurance, trip interruption insurance, and medical coverage but should do their due diligence to make sure their coverage meets all their needs. Guests are responsible for researching and securing travel insurance on their own, should be aware of what their insurance covers, and should know how to contact the 24hr help line for their insurance before, during, and after the Retreat. Neither the Organizer nor the Organizer's employees, officers, sponsors, partners, interns, agents, or representatives will be responsible or liable for any losses, medical expenses, or consequences of the Guest's lack of adequate insurance coverage.
The Guest understands, accepts, and agrees that transportation used before, during, or after the Retreat, whether arranged, recommended, coordinated, included, or otherwise made available in connection with the Retreat, may include cars, shuttles, scooters, motorcycles, vans, taxis, rideshares, boats, or other forms of transportation operated by third parties. The Guest understands, accepts, and agrees that such transportation providers are independent contractors and are not the Organizer or the Organizer’s employees, officers, sponsors, partners, interns, agents, representatives, or contractors. Neither the Organizer nor the Organizer’s employees, officers, sponsors, partners, interns, agents, representatives, or contractors is responsible or liable for any accident, collision, crash, rollover, delay, breakdown, mechanical failure, traffic incident, injury, death, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or related to the Guest’s use of, presence in, boarding of, disembarking from, or reliance upon any such transportation. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with any such transportation and agrees that any use of scooters, motorcycles, or similar vehicles is undertaken entirely at the Guest’s own risk.
Guests are responsible for booking and paying for flights and/or travel to and from the Retreat and ensuring that they will be permitted to enter the country for the Retreat. Guests are responsible for researching, obtaining, and maintaining up-to-date and valid travel documentation, such as passports, and any required and applicable travel visas, immunizations and associated documentation, or other required documentation for the Retreat and locations visited. Organizer and the Organizer's employees, officers, sponsors, partners, interns, agents, and representatives are not responsible or liable for guests being denied entry into or exit from any locations or country for any reason including insufficient, invalid, or incomplete documentation. If Guests miss part or all of the retreat due to travel documentation or legal issues they are not entitled to a refund. Please note, many countries require travelers to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel for visas and to allow entry into the country.
The Thriving Feminine Retreat package reservation and payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
By booking the Retreat, making the initial payment, signing the Agreement, participating in the retreat the Guest confirms that they have read, understand, agree with, and accept all terms & conditions associated with the Retreat set forth in this Agreement and initiates a binding agreement.

If for any reason the Guest is no longer able to attend the Retreat please find an Approved Transferee or consult your travel insurance as we are unable to refund packages under any circumstance.
Please Note: This clause applies whether the Guest books, pays, and/or signs for the Retreat themselves or a representative for the Guest books, pays or signs on their behalf.
For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that prevents or substantially hinders the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to acts of God (such as fire, flood, earthquake, or hurricane) war, civil unrest, terrorism or threats thereof, government-imposed restrictions or travel bans, pandemics, epidemics, labor strikes, failure of transportation systems, etc.
In the event a Force Majeure Event makes it illegal, unsafe, or impossible for Organizer and/or Venue to host the Retreat as scheduled, Organizer shall notify the Guest as soon as practicable. The Organizer agrees that all packages cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event will be transferred to a new date and/or location. The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Retreat within twelve (12) months of the original Retreat dates; provided, however, that if the Force Majeure Event or its effects continue beyond that period, the Organizer may extend the rescheduling timeline as reasonably necessary until circumstances permit the Retreat to be held. The Organizer is not responsible or liable for issuing refunds to the Guest under any circumstance. The Guest is highly recommended to research and obtain travel insurance that contains trip cancellation and interruption coverage that includes but is not limited to the events and circumstances listed above.
If Organizer injury or illness, Venue closure, or other unavoidable event or circumstance means that the retreat has to be cancelled, all packages will be transferred to a new date and/or location. The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the Retreat within twelve (12) months of the original Retreat dates; provided, however, that if the Organizer's injury, illness, or the underlying circumstance continues beyond that period, the Organizer may extend the rescheduling timeline as reasonably necessary until circumstances permit the Retreat to be held. In the event of the Organizer's death or permanent incapacitation that renders rescheduling impossible, Guests shall be entitled to a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred by the Organizer on the Guest's behalf. The Organizer is not otherwise responsible or liable for issuing refunds to the Guest. The Guest is highly recommended to research and obtain travel insurance that contains trip cancellation and interruption coverage that includes but is not limited to the events and circumstances listed above.
All package costs are listed per person and are determined by the type of accommodation Guests book. The cost to reserve Guest accommodation for the retreat includes the cost of the Aetreat.

Guest understands, accepts, and agrees that if a payment is 7 days late, the package is subject to a $50 admin fee. Should a payment be more than 14 days late, the Organizer has the right to cancel the package, and any prior payments made by the Guest shall be non-refundable.
Guests who book a shared / double occupancy room will be assigned a roommate unless you specify who you would like to stay with. If you have a preferred roommate in mind, you will need to submit their full name in writing at the time of booking (there is a question when you purchase a package) or by emailing retreats@thrivingfeminine.com. They would also need to submit your name and purchase the same room type that you reserved for a guaranteed pairing.
All other roommates will be paired by the Retreat Organizer. The Retreat Organizer will attempt to match roommates based on their preferences, energy, and how they want to experience the Retreat but it is possible that not all pairings will be the perfect fit. Any roommate disagreements or disputes should be handled between roommates. Elizabeth Grace Ann Dunbar LLC DBA Thriving Feminine and its representatives will not step in to manage roommate conflicts or disputes.
Any Guests that are concerned about being paired with a roommate have the opportunity to book a solo / single occupancy room while availability lasts.
The Guest understands, accepts, and agrees that during the Retreat they may learn personal, sensitive, or personally identifying information (PII) about other Guests (“Personal Information”). Guests and all retreat participants should be aware that there is a reasonable expectation of privacy concerning all PII and personal information shared for the purposes of this retreat which they should regard as confidential.
The Guest agrees to keep such Personal Information strictly confidential and not to disclose, share, post, publish, record, or communicate it to any third party without the prior express written consent of the applicable Guest.
The Guest may share their own general lessons, insights, reflections, or takeaways from the Retreat so long as they do not include any identifying or reasonably identifying information of another Guest. The Guest further agrees not to photograph, record, screenshot, film, or otherwise capture another Guest or their words, likeness, or Personal Information for use outside of the Retreat in any manner that would identify them without that Guest’s prior express consent. Any breach of this confidentiality expectation may be treated as a violation of the Guest Code of Conduct, and Organizer reserves the right to remove the Guest from the Retreat and/or prohibit the Guest from attending future retreats or events, without refund.
Some retreat experiences or sessions may bring up emotions, memories, psychological responses, or physical reactions. Guest acknowledges that transformation modalities can produce intense emotional shifts and agree to:
The Guest acknowledges that while guidance provided by Organizer and the Organizer's employees, officers, sponsors, partners, interns, agents, representatives, and contractors can pair well with some therapy and/or mental health care, this guidance is not therapy and/or mental health care, is not a substitute for therapy and/or mental health care, and is not proven to prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
The guidance provided by Organizer and the Organizer's employees, officers, sponsors, partners, interns, agents, representatives, and contractors does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse or medical treatment. It is the guest's exclusive responsibility to seek independent guidance as needed from qualified professionals.
If the Guest is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Guest promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the retreat to determine if this is a good fit.
By booking and attending the Retreat, you agree to honor and uphold these fundamental principles:
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach of this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules or by the International Center for Dispute Resolution when applicable.
